Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Last Updated: August 28, 2026

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.

Our products are digital products that may be delivered immediately after payment. Because digital products cannot normally be physically returned once delivered, all sales are generally final once a license key, download, subscription, or other digital access has been delivered or activated.

Exceptions may be made when there is a verified problem caused by us or when a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

1. When a Refund May Be Approved

A refund may be considered when:

  • You were accidentally charged multiple times for the same order.
  • Payment was successfully completed but the purchased product was never delivered.
  • You received an incorrect product because of an error on our end.
  • The product has a verified technical issue caused by our service and our support team is unable to provide a reasonable fix, replacement, or solution.
  • The license provided to you was invalid when delivered and we cannot provide a working replacement.
  • A refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law.

Evidence may be requested before a refund is approved.

2. Situations That Normally Do Not Qualify for a Refund

Refunds will generally not be provided when:

  • You purchased the wrong product.
  • You selected the wrong license duration.
  • You changed your mind after purchasing.
  • You no longer want the product.
  • You purchased the product by mistake.
  • You failed to review the product description.
  • Your system does not meet clearly published requirements.
  • Your computer configuration causes an incompatibility that was not caused by us.
  • You refuse to follow reasonable troubleshooting instructions.
  • You have already activated or substantially used the license.
  • Your access was terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
  • You shared, leaked, sold, or redistributed your license.
  • You attempted to bypass our licensing or authentication system.
  • A third-party game or service changes after your purchase.
  • A third-party software update temporarily affects functionality.
  • A third-party service restricts or suspends your account.
  • The product experiences temporary downtime for maintenance or updates.

A temporary product update or maintenance period does not automatically qualify for a refund.

3. Digital Product Delivery

A product is considered delivered when the purchased license, key, download, account access, or other digital content has been made available through the checkout system, customer account, email, or another delivery method associated with the order.

4. Troubleshooting Before Refunds

Customers experiencing technical problems should contact support before requesting a refund.

We may attempt to resolve the problem by providing:

  • Troubleshooting assistance
  • Installation assistance
  • A replacement license
  • Updated software
  • Replacement access
  • License time compensation when appropriate

If we confirm that the problem is caused by us and cannot reasonably resolve it, a refund may be considered.

5. Third-Party Changes

We do not control third-party games, platforms, software, security systems, operating systems, or online services.

Changes made by a third party may affect compatibility or product availability.

Such changes do not automatically qualify a transaction for a refund.

6. License Revocation

A customer's license may be permanently revoked when there is reasonable evidence of:

  • License sharing
  • Unauthorized redistribution
  • Reselling without permission
  • Fraud
  • Stolen payment information
  • Attempts to bypass our licensing systems
  • Attempts to compromise our services
  • Serious violations of our Terms of Service

Attempts to bypass or manipulate our authentication or licensing system may result in an instant suspension or permanent ban.

Where permitted by applicable law, licenses terminated because of serious Terms of Service violations are not eligible for a refund.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a problem with an order, contact our support team first so we can investigate the issue.

Opening a payment dispute does not automatically create eligibility for a refund.

When responding to a dispute, we may provide the payment provider with relevant evidence such as:

  • Purchase records
  • Transaction details
  • Product delivery records
  • License activation information
  • Relevant account records
  • Relevant support conversations

Knowingly submitting a false claim that a product was not delivered when records demonstrate successful delivery may result in suspension of associated licenses and restriction from future purchases.

This provision does not prevent customers from exercising legitimate dispute rights provided by their payment provider or applicable law.

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method when technically possible.

Processing times are determined partly by the payment provider and may vary.

Refund approval does not guarantee that funds will immediately appear in your account.

9. Abuse of the Refund System

We reserve the right to deny refund requests involving suspected fraud, repeated abuse of the refund process, false information, or attempts to retain access to a digital product after recovering the payment, except where a refund is required by law.

10. Final Decision

Refund requests are reviewed individually.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy.
